An Architecture competition initiated by IAI Jakarta and Indonesia Syiar Network, the aim is to design mosque in Bekasi. Mosque’s design should be able to empower the community to help and manage the society
In Islam known 3 relationships, they are Hablum Minaallah, Hablum min Al-annas and Hablum Minal alam. It will be used as the initial concept to design a mosque which is in accordance with Islamic values
A. Zoning Concept ; Zoning divided by 3 relationship :
- Human relationship with The God (worship area)
- Relation between human beings (supporting area)
- Human relationship with nature (landscape area)
B. Accessibility Strategy ; In the development of this area will be 3 stages to increase the accessibility of site. Participation between the community, government and third parties are very important in order to evolve this site towards a better
C. Landscape Concept ; the concept of landscape arrangement in the site aimed at maximizing nature potential, such as rain water, river and to improve the microclimate
D. Disaster Emergency Strategy ; circulation arrangement concept on site allows rescue teams to access site in case of flooding
